CELEBRA BUILDING

The Celebra Building in Zonamerica is a top-tier international architectural landmark

It features the latest global trends in design, technology and sustainable building solutions. This is the first and only LEED Gold-certified building in Uruguay, awarded by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).

The building has over 10 000 m² of flexible spacious and bright office space with views of the campus and its surroundings. It uses solar panels for electricity supply and water heating.

High performance glass facade that contributes to a lower consumption of air conditioning and artificial light.

More than 90% of the office space has outdoor views and natural light.

A modern auditorium equipped with the most sophisticated standards of technology and connectivity, capable of hosting 150 people.

A luminous vertical garden with more than 6000 specimens of native plants that cover a 5 meters high and 50 meters long wall.

Environmental commitment

Sustainable choices

Our park covers an area of over 90 hectares and has a vast variety of forest and plant species. It has been strategically designed to include modern landscaping components aimed at enhancing the work experience.

We have adopted processes for the efficient use of water, with multi-stage discharge technology and water reuse in toilets and irrigation, which contributes to the reduction of potable water consumption.

We have installed more than 60 000 m2 of Duro Last, a thermal insulation system that improves the thermal transmittance of roofs by 30%, and we have retrofitted the park's buildings using predictive and monitoring technologies.

We have our own waste management plant of 2173 m² where we manage solid waste similar in nature and composition to household waste. The waste is collected and sorted for recycling. Furthermore, we have a waste collection compactor truck that is compliant with EURO 6 emission standards.
